As many of you may know, our incredible Owen is moving on from us and taking his skills in a different direction. Tomorrow, Feb 26th is his final day with us We will miss Owen tremendously but wish him all the success and happiness in everything he does. Owen gave us all he had. His hard work and dedication to F45 Tustin is easily noticed. This past year was extremely challenging. Owen stepped up big time. He is a huge reason our studio is making a huge comeback. ... Kicked out of the studio... No problem. We have created the full studio experience right out in front of the studio. We have pulled out all the stops. We are running real F45 workouts, TVs, music, equipment and all. We have invested in outside equipment, cleaning supplies, and outdoor speakers. This is the real deal. Congratulations Cristina! Winner of our last 45 Day Challenge. Cristina has been with us here at F45 for a few years now and always works hard. During the last Challenge she focused on her consistency in and out of the studio. Cleaning up her diet and constant work in the gym lead to 16.6 pounds of weight loss and 5% body fat reduction. Great job Cristina, we are so proud of you!
