Join us for a LIVE F45 NOHO workout with Coach Dani! SATURDAY MORNING AT 9:30AM Right here on our Instagram page No equipment needed... Dumbbells, resistance bands, water jugs, canned food, etc. are encouraged for added resistance (BE CREATIVE!) Workout starts at 9:30am but join 10 minutes early!
