Here’s the schedule for the next week As most of you know by know, our IN-STUDIO training is temporarily cancelled (more info below), BUT our LIVE sessions are still happening and we are excited to announce our NEW F45 BOOTCAMP (more info to come!) . (TEMP) STUDIO CLOSURE: Although our studio has not had any positive cases thank to our Coaches and YOU ALL for being respectful and on-top of our studio health protocols we still had to (temporarily) shu...t down our IN-STUDIO training, due to the rising number of COVID cases in San Mateo County. Although there are reevaluations happening daily, we will keep our studio closed for the next 1-2 weeks for the safety of our team and community! . After our first full week of in-studio classes, and getting some feedback from our members, we have made some changes to the schedules. These will be our base schedules for the rest of the month, but other session times may be added as needed/requested! . LIVE SESSIONS UPDATE: Going forward, our new LIVE schedule will be 6 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays only. We are still invested in keeping up with live session...s for those who can’t join our in-studio classes just yet, and we are still modifying our sessions based on participation and requests from our members so make sure you DM/email us if you have any input on changes or additions! .
