Beginning Monday, April 6th, live at-home workouts with your favorite trainers via Zoom are now available. Register for them exactly how you would register for classes in-studio - through the F45 Training app or Mindbody. We can't wait to "virtually" see everyone again!

That's right! You asked for it so we are bringing some of your favorite trainers directly to you... virtually of course. Need a bit of extra motivation from your at-home workouts? Our trainers have you covered. Class times and registration details will be posted when we have worked out all the technical kinks. We miss you and look forward to seeing all of your wonderful faces again!

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to unfold, we are working hard in the background to adjust and improve on the F45 Training At-Home Workouts so that you can stay healthy while isolating to help flatten the curve. Watch for a big announcement from us tomorrow with exciting changes we are eager to share with our F45 family!

Available now! Daily at-home training can now be accessed by all members with an active membership via the F45 Challenge app or at www.f45challenge.com. Just go to the member dashboard, click on the home workout, and input your F45 Training / Mindbody login information that you would normally use to register for classes. Please note that this may be different than the login information you use to enter the F45 Challenge Portal. Though you may experience some minor glitches, we are working hard to iron out these issues and to bring you additional offerings. Should you experience any problems logging in, please email [email protected] and we will work with you to correct the issue at our earliest opportunity.

San Diego County Health has issued an order that requires us to suspend operations through March 31st. Classes will recommence on April 1st so circle the date on your calendar!
