Massive shoutout to our latest challenge winner @m4michellem!!Without question she’s one of the sweetest, hardest working & most inspirational people you’ll ever meet. Michelle’s brings her infectious smile and drive to the studio every single day!! She doesn’t understand the meaning of a day-off, and the results clearly show. In taking the Challenge trophy this mother of four dropped close to 30 lbs, 15% body fat and added a bunch of lean muscle. We’re so insanely proud of you Michelle.
