Day 1 Complete Starting on this 75 Day Journey I’m committed to this , Im leveling up and Closing out the year with a Bang! With Holidays and Trips Coming Up it’s going to be a true MENTAL game, The rule is no matter what these 5 things get done. 1. Diet, ZERO Cheat days. I love to eat! Even tho I am vegan I eat cookies sometimes, burgers, tacos and burritos So I am committed to eating healthy nutritious foods that will fuel me only. Drinking, No problem, I stopped ...drinking since I went vegan. 2. . Inside 45 min and outside 45 min workout. I’ve only been working out 4/5 days a week and I don’t do 2 workouts a day, So this is a mayor push for me out of my comfort zone 3. 1 Gallon of water I almost already do, I do at least a gallon and half 4. I also Listen to most of my books , So reading 10 pages is an added discipline. 5. Your Personality If you break down personality it’s derived from the word, Persona and the definition is : The aspect of someone's character that is presented to or perceived by others.... "his public persona" A role or character adopted by an author or an actor. Synonyms : image, face, public face, character, personality, identity, self, front, facade, mask, guise, exterior, role, part Most people in our lives that know us may say, You are like your mom, You are like your Dad, You are a little of both of them. Or you are a lot like your Grandmother or Grandfather, Aunt and Uncle..etc All of these thoughts are true to an extent If you do derive your personality from your environment like most people do, then you have to ask yourself this. What if you were born into a different family or Different Country ? Who would you be then? The response; a completely different person. Why I am asking you to think about this is because when we think of ourselves we are thinking of ways of being of those around us. What I want you to consider is that the person that you think you are is NOT YOU. You are Not your Family and you are not your past. When most people say they want to find themselves, it’s actually an accurate statement. Finding yourself means detaching yourself from the environment you were born into and really seeing who YOU Really Are. Who you really Are is outside of your Safe environment. This takes courage to do, It’s a road with no map. You start on your trip and you Are Trying to figure out the control system and you start to dive into the settings. From here the destination will start to appear and you will Be faced with U Turns at every exit. You will have a choice to go to the known or go to the unknown. Regardless of your choice, Be Happy with it and enjoy the ride. You will get there Regardless

You Are A Magician Your way of Being is your Magic. Your way of speaking is your Magic... Your way of thinking is your Magic YOUR LIFE in its totality is your creation And when I say your life I am pointing to this physical space but What I really want you to know is who you truly are. You are a reflection of the infinite and the way you use your words either Expands or Limits your reality. Specially the words you Listen to, Specially the voice inside your head. The silent voice that you only can hear is constantly creating and the error is that you think that the voice in your head is YOU. You are not the voice/ Mind and you are not your body. Who You Truly Are is the observer, The watcher, The one behind the scenes that is reading this message. Your real expression is limitless and infinite. Use your words to create the life that you want. Create a Space between you and the voice and let go of the constant reaction to every thought. Don’t stop your thoughts because your wanting to stop creates more Thoughts . Don’t get upset at your thoughts because your anger creates more thoughts . Observe your feelings, The impulses the body sensations and bring your awareness to them, Be with the emotion and give it Room to breath. Don’t change it, Don’t suppress it, Don’t express it. Simply let it be. The more you allow the charge to run the faster it will leave your body. The more you avoid or suppress the more you will experience it. Unresolved emotions are charges that will manifest one way or another . If you want to be healthy long term, Pay attention to the repetitious thoughts . Go to the core and let them go. One unresolved feeling will Create 1,000 thoughts . That’s why when you try and meditate you can’t shut the mind up. You can’t do it because it is automatic and it is shooting words because it’s giving you a signal that your emotions are being trapped and suppressed. Pay attention to what makes you upset, Who makes you upset and what takes away your peace. If you find yourself judging or having negative chatter...ask yourself why you are thinking the way you think. Your life is a mirror of your inner world. People and situations will be used to reflect back to you your unresolved emotions. If you agree with this or disagree with this ask yourself why, if you feel emotions coming up then ask yourself why... and let it go. What ever takes your peace owns you. YOU ARE Love joy and Bliss... AND Everything else that YOU SAY you are , you are too.... And your right. Use your Magic for your highest good if your wish
