The long awaited name change has finally happened. OCR Massage is now EXHALE MASSAGE THERAPY. Why Exhale? Before critical events in our lives, we take deep breaths to ground ourselves. During a massage, when a client releases a deep exhale, we know they’re letting go of stressors and decompressing the day away. We have always encouraged these types of inhales and exhales, for self care & a mind reset, so why not incorporate it into our business name.
