The IRS has finally issued employer guidance on how to implement the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement (SECURE) Act, which became law almost a year ago. Under the SECURE Act, significant changes were made to employer-sponsored retirement plans, including allowing coverage for part-time employees, and penalty-free withdrawals for the birth or adoption of a child.
