Over the past 3 months I have gained some 10-15lbs. and cant help feeling a bit disgusted in myself. So beginning next Monday I will be attempting my first Juice diet! No, I wont be skipping my morning coffee with coconut milk and maple syrup but I am hopeful to get through the afternoon/evening on juices, water and tea for at least 3 days.....
