The #spinecorrector is often the most underated piece of equipment in #pilates. To me, if you know how to use it and are trained correctly, it can be a life ch...anging tool. Here I am demonstrating a #stottpilates exercise, #rolloverwithbackextension and since I am working on a bit of #yoga, I threw in an assisted #wheel at the end. Felt great on my back! *not recommended for people with disc issues in the neck! You can still do roll over but omit the cervical extension at the end*
Participating in a #bosu challenge! This is my favorite way to do pushups. TIPS: Keep platform of ball parallel to the floor look towards front of ball for ...optimal neck alignment as you push yourself up, press into the ball like you are going to snap it in half! (Helps activate pecs) last but not least, strong glutes, quads, and core! Planks are full body integration so use everything!

Working on perfecting a handstand. I have been really discouraged that I cannot seem to master this! Attempting to build strength through various exercises such... as this one. If you have a yoga ball at home, or better yet, use one as your chair at the office, give this a try with me. TIP: Start with the ball higher up ok the shin vs. Down low by the feat to make this a little nicer! Press firmly into your hands, spread your fingers wide! Think of lifting up from your hips as your press your shins into the top of the ball! Have fun! Happy Hump Day!
