I then took it in for an estimate; the at-fault party's insurance company accepted liability and wrote me a check following inspection. I was busy and didn't take it immediately in for repair; in the meantime, I side-swiped a barrier in my parking garage, so I needed that fixed, too. In June I brought my car into the Cadillac dealership, got a ride to Enterprise, and waited. A few weeks later my adjuster called to let me know the car would soon be ready. A few days after that, John from Euro American called to inform me that, following a test drive, a noise was being detected from the rear passenger side and stated an intention to address it. 10 days later my car was ready - new bumper , new trunk, new side panel and .... new rear tire and rim! I had no idea my tire was damaged, but the professionals at Euro American worked with my insurance company, with the at-fault party's insurance company, with suppliers and anyone needed to minimize disruption to me and diagnose/repair all damage to my vehicle (saving me additional deductibles), without being directed by me what to do, what was needed, or exactly what damage was done. As if that wasn't enough, where I was alone the afternoon my Cadillac was ready, John was kind enough to accompany me - first to the car wash to retrieve my rental (a couple blocks from the shop), then to Enterprise, where I realized I needed to fill up the rental; unperturbed, he went with me to the nearest gas station and then finally again to Enterprise to drop off the rental (where he scheduled a golf outing with the manager), before I dropped him off back to the shop. I mentioned I wanted to tint my windows and he referred me to someone who called me within a day. John was friendly and pleasant the entire time, and truly it made my Friday. I'm an attorney; my work is demanding and I deal with a lot of hostility and incompetence; somehow Euro American made the annoying process of accident-related vehicle repair easy, simple and pleasant. I was never asked to make a call, follow up, check in, or anything else. They handled everything, start to finish. The culture of this company is friendly, honest and meticulous.
