ASHI Executive Director Frank Lesh was featured on CNBC’s "On The Money" this weekend and offered advice on what buyers should look out for when purchasing a home, especially if it’s recently been flipped.

Today, we welcome the first day of spring! With warmer weather on the way, it's time to fix any damages the winter may have brought to your house -- particularly your roof.

I am a licensed roofing contractor with 14 years of roofing experience. Since 2005 I have worked for a locally owned roofing company with which I have grown and expanded my knowledge in construction. During the last three years I have been the main supervisor and estimator for repairs, re-roofs, new constructions and roof certifications. I also have 8 years of experience installing gutters, skylights and solar tubes. In 2015 I decided to expand my knowledge and complete the ASHI training to become an associate with them. I am currently trying to complete my requirements to become a certified home inspector. I have a true and honest desire to help people during their home buying process. I understand that for some people buying a home is a life-time investment for which I wish to render an honest inspection.
