Reflecting on 2019 and the lessons learned to carry and cut into 2020. I shot this video for my daughter, wife, and every Entrepreneur that goes through hard times. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Much love!... Lesson #1: Get rid of the "zombie's" aka energy drainers, dream stealers, and soul vampires. You WILL become the five closest people you spend your time with. Lesson #2: Stop living in the past. Stop carrying the emotional baggage of lessons learned from life. 2019 was one of my highest highs and lowest lows but I can't let these lessons harden my soul. To have a so called "friend" rape my reputation and then blame me behind my back when I gave everything to the movement we were creating made me angry but that emotion kept me in the darkness with them and affecting everyone and everything around me. I had to re-align myself and choose to stay positive and give light for my wife and daughter. Lesson #3: Fail Forward. As much as 2019 broke my heart and spirit/belief in people. These are what build character and make you the person people either want to learn from or detach themselves from. I want to live my life with no regrets and know that I gave life everything I could. Contribute more than I thought possible and leave a legacy my family will be proud of. Thank you 2019....hello twenty twenty, 2020. It's time to get back to my passions, purpose, contribution and realign my standards and beliefs with people that deserve my time and nourish my mind, body, spirit, energy, and soul. Lesss do disss! Just remember, the bigger your vision/goals...the more walls you need to break through. #1 tip: Choose carefully who you surround yourself with. There are so many energy drainers looking for a light to feed from. Protect yourself as they will cannibalize everything you give then blame you to make themselves feel better about the guilt they carry. ... This has been one of the hardest lessons to learn and go through but you can't let others harden your soul. Surround yourself with people that have higher standards and nourish your soul.
