It surprises us that the East coast is always ahead of us here on the West coast, building technoloy-wise. Yet and still, we're relieved to see these new technologies coming forward.

We're currently working on a 3rd floor addition to a San Francisco home on Potrero Hill: adding an elevator, and creating a master suite with a view toward downtown SF and the Bay Bridge. This schematic phase of design is so exciting - exploring all the possibilities!

Working up a new design for a rear yard hardscape. Technically difficult, but inspirationally fun! This new concept is being drawn over a composite plan prepared by another architect. Our work is the colorful overlay laying out the activity nodes and pathways in the rear yard.
