So last night I did a test run on a new Macaron. Mardi Gras is coming up fast and I love everything about Mardi Gras especially the King Cake! So I decided to do a King Cake Macaron embellished with a handmade Fleur De Lis coin...my spin on a fancy Mardi Gras Bead and made them Ultraviolet for this years new color.
