Human Rights are non-negotiable. We feel strongly that the greatness of a community is directly proportional to it’s inclusivity and embracing of talent and culture, as a reflection of it’s people. In this last year we have had the pleasure and opportunity to work directly with the City of Long Beach and the Black community in its outreach efforts to create dialogue and collect programming ideas for the establishment of the African American Cultural Heritage Museum. In that effort, we had the opportunity to LISTEN, to LEARN and to CONNECT with our local black community in a very personal way. We are compelled to share in the efforts to cultivate change, protect the rights and lives of others and help our communities move toward a more positive and inclusive existence.
