Team, There’s always room for improvement. That being said we’re excited to tell all of you about a few changes coming our way. We’re playing all of are cards in hopes of creating the best training environment for all of our FitFam. Soon we will be installing/building our permanent covered outdoor training area. This area will operate in conjunction with our indoor training space when permitted. Can you imagine being able to lift weights indoors then get outside for some fr...esh air cardio-party-o? Well I can and it’s about to happen. More space, more space! This covered area will fully enclose at days end. No more pulling machines and mats in and out after each class. Everything will be sanitized, organized and prepped immediately for the next session. We’re taking things up a notch. Here’s the sad news : We will have to temporarily close down this coming Wednesday after the 9:00AM session. The building and installation will being shortly their after. Our goal is to have everything ready to rock the following day.

This ones catching all kinds of buzz! You might want to screen shot this and give it a go! Don’t have a rower? Substitute a 200M jog, jump rope, med ball slams or spin bike. All work fairly well.

Screen shot this one. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. You’re welcome to sub out the row portion for a run or spin bike. You’ll want to do about 2:00 on either one to make these numbers work. Be ready to #sweat Give it a go!

Proudly checking in from the place so many call home. EnviroFit Gym We’re excited to announce our upcoming Grand Reopening. We’ve been working our tails off and... I’m excited to announce our new and improved training facility. We are fortunate enough to be able to pivot whenever necessary to better serve our members. Trials and tribulations have only made us stronger. We endured two firestorms and a pandemic and yet we’re fortunate enough to say we’re still here! Proud, honored and hungry. Can’t wait to get back to it! Passion + Purpose + FitFam

Team, An announcement will be made soon regarding our Grand Reopening. We are just as excited as you are! Details on how we plan to re-open our doors will be shared with all of you in the coming hours. I’d love to say things are going back to the way they were but I’d be lying to you. We’re actually better. Yes, better. ... An email will be landing in your inbox tomorrow if things go as planned with all details. Lastly, in the past few days we’ve been bombarded with questions regarding new memberships and how one can join our team. Here’s my answer in short: You can’t. The options to purchase has been removed from the Mindbody App. We are not moving forward with any new or past clients at this time. We will of course reevaluate in the coming weeks. This will allow us an opportunity to work closely through this NEW process with our current team. All of you have supported us so much and this is a small way for us to show you how important you are. We will be starting a waitlist. When we see fit we will slowly start to integrate new athletes on board. This includes any past FitFam members. We are limited by the current health order regarding class size and are currently at capacity with our existing memberships. This is a double edged sword and has halted our growth but we are diving in and will do our very best to make sure everyone who wants to be a part of our FitFam can as soon as possible. This is a learning process for all of us so thank you for all of your patience and support.

Team, I’m excited to announce our first ever team triathlon. I spoke about this earlier today and I’m super excited. The creativity never stops! Be ready for 3 specific training days that lead up to our event next Saturday, June 6th. Don’t have a bike? No worries, we’ll have another option for you. Or, this may serve as an opportunity to pump up those tires and lube up the chain. Opportunity is limitless as is your ability to adapt to various training protocols. You’ve alre...ady proven this. Keep an eye on the team app in the coming days. Those of you looking for a great deal on a bike (beach cruisers included) take a look at FB Marketplace. Remember, this is about keeping things fresh and exciting. More details to come. Note : The swim portion is replaced with a little EnviroFit Gym pizzazz!
