Today we are featuring a series of photos that Dr. Khodai took while working on a composite filling on this #FillingFriday! Dr. Khodai was able to diagnose treatment on this patient’s lower left molars after examining a check-up x-ray. As you swipe left, you’ll see the beautiful transformation these teeth take! To start, Dr. Khodai enters the tooth and begins to remove decay. As he’s working, he checks the tooth with caries detector to ensure the entire cavity has been ...successfully removed. When the tooth is clear and ready to be filled, Dr. Khodai washes the tooth with a cleaning solution, lines the ready area with desensitizer & bonding, and begins to fill with composite material.
