New Warbow training class! Starting this Thursday, January 21st from 6-7PM, we will be adding to our Saturday Warbow training class form 1-2PM. Join us for the fun and excitement of this up and coming new sport! ... We are joining the new Bay Area Warbow League that is forming right now, and we'll be having weekly competitions as we get under way. Form your team and train with us! Ages 7+ are welcome.

Hey Folks! I hope you had a great Christmas weekend. We are off to a great start this week with the EGF Build-A-Thon. Monday got really dusty! We also got a fair amount of things done on our cleanup list, but there's a few more items to work on. Tuesday was a lot of painting, after getting most of that dust out of the club. We hope you can join us for the last day. Don't forget to dress warmly, it can get pretty cold at night with the roll-up door open and the fans on. ... I want to thank a ton of folks for their help. Charlie, Miles and their father, Jeremiah, Aris and his father, Julie and Ivar deserve great thanks for taking time out of their busy evenings and putting so much work into cleaning up and repairing the club. Your help means a lot to me, and because of you the club will be even better for everyone in the new year. Take care everyone! Happy Holidays, everyone! This week EGF will hold classes as normal through Wednesday, then we will be closed on Thursday, December 24th through Friday, January 1st. EGF will open again on Saturday, January 2nd for regular classes. ... Don't forget to join us for the EGF Build-A-Thon next week if you can spare some time to help clean up and fix up the club. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-8PM is when we'll be meeting. Happy Holidays!

Dear Friends of EGF, With the new order from the County Health authorities, we’re going to have to make some changes to our classes at EGF. Starting on Saturday, we will not be allowed to hold indoor classes at EGF, in accordance with the new order: Outdoor gym operations will be allowed, but no indoor activities are permitted.... This will mean that our in-person classes will be dependent on the weather. According to the weather forecast I’m seeing, Saturday will be foggy. No rain is forecast, so classes will be held as usual. As always, our videos classes will continue as scheduled. In future, when rain is forecast, we will be forced to cancel classes. We will make the call on whether to cancel classes the night before. Thank you for your support and patience as we navigate through the changing situation to the best of our ability. It will require some adjustment, but hopefully we will be able to continue without major disruptions. Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you soon, Jim

Hello Folks, We're going to have some small changes to our PiYo Live class on Sundays. Now you will sign up and pay directly with Shayna. If you've sort of fallen off routine, need a pick me up, some movement in your life, THIS is the PERFECT opportunity to jump in class! Why? Because this is a new round for EVERYONE! Granted, it's an "older round" but I've never taught this one! Win-Win! So, here's the scoop! Classes for this round will be held on Sundays and Wednesdays, July 12 - August 26 (7 weeks). Good news for all the HEMA Folks at EGF. We will be doing HEMA sparring on Thursdays at 7-9PM starting this Thursday! We hope to see lots of familiar faces back in the club. Time to clean and polish the gear you didn't get to during our time away. See you Thursday!

Dear Friends of EGF, I’m happy to announce that starting on Monday, June 22nd, we will begin holding teen and adult classes once more. The County Health Agency has cleared gyms to reopen, and we will be doing so with our new safety precautions in place. Based on our experience in the past week with reopening our youth classes, we will be adjusting our schedule to accommodate both those who wish to stay home for a little while longer, and those who wish to practice in person. ...Continue reading
