Dear encuentro folks, Miss you all during these crazy times. Been working on some recipes for an encuentro cookbook. One of my favorite parts of encuentro were the people that came through our doors and ate and gathered with us. If you have any happy stories of experiences when we were open, that I can add to the book that would be wonderful.
