Ocean temp up to 65 degrees reported today at Moonlight Beach... RED TIDE very very dark in brown color, and not attractive...Monday April 27th.

MASKS were NOT worn all of last week on this sidewalk, everyday I drove by for last two weeks 85% WERE NOT CARING soooooo they hurt the rest of us wearing masks!!!!! ... And the same problem on 101 through ENCINITAS last three weeks!
