I have decided to go with out a website for my jewelry & fairy/miniature scenes. I just can't pump out one-of-a-kind items fast enough to warrant a website while working a full time job + Solution? I will sell them here. I will create photos/videos and post them. When an item is sold, I will mark it as such. People will be able to view my albums to see my work. ... I don't care for Etsy. When you sell for them, you are branding them, not yourself. And when you are at someone's shop, the bottom of the page suggests same or similar items from other sellers. (Thanks for this insight Derrick)! I might try out EBay eventually. I've sold a few things there years ago. Not my crafts though. Yes, I think this might work!
Here's what I worked on this weekend. I took my little teacup beach scene and studied it deciding what I liked & what I didn't & what I plan to do differently. I also consulted with my Design Specialist. I bought a pack of 6 of these cups & saucers @ a thrift store for $6 so I'm not worried about using one for learning. ... Which is good because I already broke a saucer :-/ I now use the 2 broken pieces for paint pallets. (The story continues under the pics) See more
What are you doing on this Friday night? Me? I'm creating things I'm going to try another layer of water, but this mat turn out to be a learning project!
Ok. So I messed this one up. I'm still going to let it dry as I won't be re-doing until later anyway. It's a start! Tiny butterfly fairy wings!
Almost done. I had to flip her over.
