Dear Emerald Families, I hope this message finds you well! This update is to remind you that Cajon Valley Distance Learning begins Monday, April 20. Your student will log into his or her Advisory Google Classroom at or after 9:00 this and each Monday morning to find a Playlist for the week. The Playlists will have online work for your student to complete during the week. It is designed to provide your students about 2 and a half hours of school work a day. ... In addition: Your student's Advisory teacher will be meeting with them via Zoom each day for about 30 minutes. All of our teachers will have regular Office Hours during which students and parents can reach them for questions or needs. All staff will be checking email regularly. Advisory teachers will share our site Advisory and Office Hours schedules with your students and they will be posted here on our website for your convenience. Hello Cajon Valley Staff and Families, Although there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Cajon Valley, out of an abundance of caution, and in consultation wi...th the California Public Health Officials, Cajon Valley Union School District will close all schools in a statewide effort to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). School will remain open today with normal dismissal procedures. Schools will be closed beginning Monday March 16th with plans to reopen beginning Monday April 20th.
