MIRACLES DO HAPPEN I’ve been teaching classes w my special Achilles boot for over 2 years because that was the only way to do what I LOVE most after 4 surgeries! I accepted it and moved on w my life, grateful to God and my doctor Kazi Saidur Rahman that I still have a foot ! It is still very weak but slowly I am going to strengthen it and ONE DAY GOD IS GOING TO HELP ME TEACH a CLASS AGAIN W 2 shoes I Believe in miracles and I believe in NEVER GIVING UP ON YOUR DREAMS! Today is a beautiful day to be on my bike

Good morning.... In a world that is upside down in so many ways, I feel a desperation to help in more ways than one...Before COVID-19, I taught a FREE FIT4CHRIST cycling class on Sundays (once month) and ALL donations went to abused woman and children... IT WAS POWERFUL and AMAZING and the donations were so greatly appreciated... It was so popular I made FRIDAYS FIT4CHRIST days... 5am, 9am and 6pm! Classes will still be $5 on this day but a part of the FIT4CHRIST FRIDAY daily income will go to these battered women and children.... GOD HAS BLESSED ME IN SO MANY WAYS...i have never told anyone but I am a SURVIVOR of domestic violence and I STAND TALL TO STOP THESE MONSTERS!

And so that’s exactly what I’m going to do!!! Despite 4 surgeries on my ankle and probably FOREVER cycling w my special boot, I am going to start serious training again to compete! It’s not going to be easy to build my legs w my ankle at 50%, BUT I AM GOING TO GIVE IT MY BEST! With God by my side, I will FIGHT to get my STRONG body back starting tomorrow Meal prep is done Excited to get LEAN Come cycle w me and let’s BURN THE FAT AWAY!
