Sonoma County we have had ourselves a rough week. I know these past few years fire season has been hard on all of us and there has been a great deal of trauma and collective loss in our community. If you find you are struggling during this most recent fire, feeling afraid anxious, down or isolated (or if you just want to talk) please reach out. Women’s virtual support group begins next Monday, August 24th and runs every other week for 6 sessions. Three spots are available. Meeting via zoom from 5-630 pm.
