There isn’t always time, but I like to send a summary of what I notice in the disclosure packet and send to my clients as a jumping off point for conversation/questions. Your agent should be holding your hand through these, especially if you are waiving contingencies. . When you’re buying a home for the first time, the process can start to feel overwhelming. Don’t forget that your agent has done this multiple times and it isn’t overwhelming to them, so lean on them and remember that there are no silly questions, just the ones you don’t ask that could potentially cost you money in the end. . Our escape to the desert is coming to an end. We spent our days reading, playing at the park, playing cards with nana, swimming, hiking, and golfing (well, one of us golfed ). . We were lucky enough to see the annual holiday golf cart parade which begins with a cart decorating contest where they crown a winner. This year, the MCC Express, two golf carts connected and decorated as trains, won. (Head to my stories to see video of the parade ) ....
