THE RESULTS ARE IN! It’s an Emery Academy tradition! The kids get to choose who THEY want for president! As expected, there were a lot of votes for relatives and family pets. This year the winner is Dogs! We also had a lot of votes for Mom and Dad. So sweet! Nice to see Bruce Lee nominated too!... Congratulations to all of the candidates!

Greetings from Grandmaster Estalilla! This week, we were scheduled to be in Dallas, TX for the IMAC United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame National Training Camp and Induction Ceremony. Last year, in Louisville, KY, we had a wonderful time training in the martial arts with friends, celebrating the legacy of Sigung Richard Bustillo and honoring Sifu Andrew Kimura and martial arts living legend, Sigung Taky Kimura. This year, we were all set to practice Kabaroan Eskrima and h...onor the one and only, Grandmaster Ramiro Estalilla, Jr. As with most events this year, it is now rescheduled for 2021. Professor John Terry suggested that it would be a fun idea to have Grandmaster Estalilla share a greeting with our extended martial arts family. Grandmaster Estalilla thought that would be a lot of fun too! We hope everyone is doing well and we look forward to seeing you all next year. In the meantime, we are pleased to present this welcome message from Grandmaster Estalilla. He’s also included a sneak preview of a few techniques for your enjoyment. Extra special thanks to Ms. Alpha Divina Estalilla for the video. Christian Gironimi was an outstanding martial artist, a wonderful friend and a one of a kind individual. He was a devoted student of Guro Dan. He was a compassionate teacher to many.
