Seeking a floor manager with good organizational and time management skills who is looking for an opportunity to grow with a small business. This position would manage the restaurants 5 days a week to start and eventually grow into a management/event coordinator position along with floor managing. Duties include but are not limited to: guest interactions, oversee staff & labor, some light administrative work related to day-to-day operations, daily operations, opening and clos...ing checklists. Seeking a qualified candidate who loves hospitality, food and Italian culture. This is a salaried position with medical & dental, paid vacation time, food & wine discounts. Minimum 1+ year of experience managing a full service restaurant is required; event experience is not required *(will train). Must be willing to work at both San Jose and Los Gatos locations. Santa Clara County has moved into the orange tier for re-opening. This means that starting tomorrow restaurants and other businesses can open at 25% capacity. While we are very excited about this as cooler weather approaches, for now we will continue seating outdoors only. We are reviewing best practices for safely reopening indoors in a week or two. In the meantime let’s all enjoy the fabulous California weather on our patio! Wear a mask when not seated or interacting with staff at your table. Stay 6’ apart.
