What you all have been waiting for!!! Here is a snapshot of the menu items we will be serving at the restaurant in Sun Valley Mall! We will be adding desserts later, but for now this is a small portion of the menu we will be serving until Covid restrictions lift. Sides will be served as well and unveiled later. We will keep you posted on the Grand Opening Date as we get closer!

Went to Ella Mae's Southern Cuisine last night for the Thursday special, oxtails. No one else in my family likes them so I rarely make it. Look how clean that ...bone is! These are oxtails done right, literally fall of the bone and melt in your mouth. Yes I was eating in my car. Was running errands and the food smelled too good to wait until I got home.

Here we come!!! Are you ready? All of our food is made from scratch, with family recipes dating back to 1836. No microwave cooking in our kitchen, just good, flavorful, Southern cookin. MMMMMMM That's It!

Good Evening Everyone. We were advised today that due to the COVID-19 mandated shut in order, the Sunvalley Mall will be closed down thru April 7th. This does push out our opening date, but the safety of the people is very important to us. We are still doing our fundraising program, so PLEASE continue to pledge if you can.
