New year, new you??!! . . Well this year is coming to a close so ether you have met your goals or not. No matter the outcome, you have to set a plan. .... Let’s take this time to reflect on the good and to leave the bad in the past! Health and Wellness has never been so important. Keep you mind sharp and body strong!! . . How are you planning your wellness goals for the new year??!! . . Some helpful tips to get you going!!! What is your why- what is your primary motivation? Dive deep and find out what gets you going. . Set realistic goals-Example: not everyone can workout everyday for 2hrs at a time. Set up times you know you can stick with, even if it’s for 30min. Also set small goals they will feed into the larger goals. . Make it fun and enjoyable- There are hundreds and thousands of different types of activities and exercises you could perform. Don’t limit yourself find out what keeps you going! . look at food as fuel. If we use the wrong kind of fuel in cars it won’t function as well. The same goes for out bodies. I’m a big believer in implementing small habits. Example: start by implementing a new habit every 2-3 weeks. Such as not drinking soda. Once you feel you have good control, implement a new habit or take out a bad one. . Have a great New Year!
