Coach spotlight! Helen has been working with children and youth in many settings for nearly 10 years and is very passionate about the work she does with our Elevate Youth. Growing up in and out of foster care, she relates to youth from many different walks of life and uses her story of overcoming to encourage and inspire hope. All things art, painting and creativity are her favorite outlets outside of time with her husband, two puppies, family and friends. Her business @_seedsofhope_ is devoted to creating colorful encouragements that give back to kids in foster care. She loves life and loves encouraging our elevate kids to cultivate their passions and pursue their dreams. #elevateyouthsolutions #elevateyourself
