Good morning Bay Area!! It's a nice damp foggy Sunday, and we've got just the thing for you today - a hot plate of Butternut Squash and Pastrami Hash with Poached Eggs and Chive Hollandaise! We are pretty proud of our pastrami - no factory processed lunchmeat here! Instead, we hand trim briskets, grass-fed of course, then cure them in house with our secret recipe. After an 8 day cure, they are rubbed with cracked pepper, coriander seed, and dash of brown sugar, then smoked over local applewood chips until tender. Come on by and try it out!
