If you already mailed your ballot in, do not go get a replacement ballot from the city clerks because if your vote happens to show up before March 5 then it negates them both and you don’t have a vote. The downside is if the US Postal Service doesn’t deliver it by March 5 you still don’t have a vote. Good luck people.
