Friends, Due to the continuing rise in cases of COVID-19, an announcement was made yesterday by our State Governor which detailed additional steps that the state of California would be taking in an effort to contain the virus. Effective immediately, and with the exception of some exemptions that have been deemed by state officials as critical sectors, most of California’s 40 million residents were ordered to remain safer at home. ELA Lighting will follow the guidelines of the... state, while also trying to remain open at this time to help meet each of your deadlines and delivery dates. The closure of non-essential businesses in California may lead to increased lead times, as certain products may inevitably become temporarily unavailable. We will continue to work closely with you to help accommodate your needs, providing alternative options wherever possible, in an effort to complete your orders in a timely manner. The situation is evolving on a daily basis, and we will do everything we can to communicate with you and maintain the same service levels that you have grown accustomed to.
