The next Exceptional Kids Organization Parent Forum will be held virtually this Thursday, March 18th from 6:30 8 pm and the topic will be The four functions of behavior & what to do when you see them. We are excited to host Mr. Randy Dowdy, M.S. Human Behavior and Director of Behavioral Services, MRC Behavioral Academy, who will be discussing these 4 functions of behavior and the motivational strategies to address those behaviors. Randy has over 10 years of experience i...n direct, one to one, Applied Behavioral Analysis and his experiences has given him the knowledge and skill set to bring about positive change. Throughout his career, he has worked and consulted at various behavioral service agencies working with individuals ranging from 18 months to 65 years of age.
