This is a 23' foot by 23' foot two toned custom multi spam flat pan solid carport patio cover @ a .40 Guage aluminum. Includes, 4- 36" inch by 36" inch concrete footings with steel post. Also, includes 4- 6" inch recessed lights on a dimmer switch with two fan outlets. With rain gutters, down spouts, and custom rafter tails. Here are a few before and after pics. On to the next one!

Phase #3 completed today. Driveway add-on. Standard grey concrete 3000 psi with a light broom finish. Moving into final phases!

When you can't wait 30 days for a concrete trucks. You do it with your crew! Phase #2 completed with 36" by 36" by 36" concrete footings with steel post and rebar. Patio is coming soon!

Had the dump truck and Bobcat out today for big commercial footing project 4-41" by 41" by 41" footings. Phase #1 completed for this commercial custom patio cover project.

Demo day Riverside phase #1 completed. Out with the old and in with the new! Love demo days because we have a new patio going up.
