Again, university students who participated in our Peer to Peer: Protective Project sponsored by the McCain Institute continued to impress and amaze, especially given very challenging conditions with the COVID-19 pandemic. The McCain Institute and EdVenture Partners are pleased to announce the finalists for Spring 2020, P2P: Protective Project. During these unprecedented times, EdVenture Partners' greatest concern is the health and well-being of communities around the globe. We recognize the ongoing, and increased uncertainty that COVID-19 has caused and were personally impacted, resulting in the cancelation of the Fall 2019: Facebook Global Digital Challenge. Finalist teams participating in the challenge this fall were set to travel and present their campaigns in Brussels, Belgium in late March. While they were not... able to present in-person, we would like to highlight these three amazing teams and encourage our audience to like, follow and engage with them on Facebook. A truly amazing semester working with the Saudi Sports For All Federation! EdVenture Partners capped off our Sports For All Challenge as the top three university teams throughout Saudi Arabia and the U.S. presented their campaigns to His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Al-Walid bin Talal aimed to increase sport and exercise participation as well as the promotion of healthy lifestyles throughout the Kingdom. The three finalists from 18 participating teams reached the final ro...und: Team Endorphin from Umm Al-Qura University won first place, Team 150 Minutes from Southern Illinois University won second place and Team Your Health in Your Steps from the University of Hail won third place. Congratulations to all teams that participated in this transformational and important Saudi initiative in support of Vision 2030 to create a Vibrant Society With Fulfilling Lives through sport and exercise.
