Pasta galore.... Five of our dozens of varieties, all handmade at the factory.... Here's you can see the spinach fettucine ... but not the whole wheat, which is delicious...:)

Edoardo -- he changed to the more Anglicized "Eduardo" for the name of the factory -- in the early days of the factory, when it was located near Fisherman's Wharf. This photo, about 1977.
