We are looking to fill a part time CSR (customer service representative) position with potential for full time. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Great opportunity to be a part of a growing agency located in Downtown Livermore. Job Duties include but not limited to: -process client payments... -ability to explain monthly billing installments to clients -generate Certificates of Insurance and Additional Insured endorsements for commercial clients -obtain required document signatures from clients -gather information from potential clients to generate quotes -strong professional telephone and email skills -set appointments for FFRs with current clients -assist customers with filing a claim -go to local marketing events -obtain property and casualty license with assistance from The Correa Insurance Agency Starting salary: $18 per hour with a raise once license is obtained Send a email with a resume and or LinkedIn profile to [email protected]
