Hello Everyone. I apologize for not posting in a while. It has been "crazy times" to say the least. I have been suffering a mild dose of depression and anxiety the past week and I know many other people are struggling with worse symptoms than I. We all have our own way of dealing with our feelings/emotions...please stay safe and healthy. Practice social distancing but...get outside if the weather permits and breath fresh air get some exercise and try to enjoy.
