Some more good news about the housing market that you may find surprising...

Hope you're all staying safe out there. A lot of folks have been asking me what's going on in the real estate market, or how their home value is doing, etc. So I'm going to try to post some more market info to keep you up to date, because honestly the news isn't as bad as many think. For starters, you should know that here in Los Angeles County, so far in April we've closed 2,466 homes which is down roughly 50% year over year. This means that even though we're limited in whic...h activities we can do safely, agents have been adapting, and we're still able to help clients buy and sell homes. Also, while I think we may see a slight decline in home value in April, for March we set a record for $/SF in LA county -- and these are deals that mostly closed after the covid rules went into effect.
