One of my oldest friends is buying in Houston, and had me take a look at his inspection report. He definitely needs a sewer inspection as well, as I explain in this clip. All single family homes should have a sewer pipe inspection, and you should be able to watch the video like this. If they can’t show you this kind of video, don’t hire them. Also, I can do referrals for agents and lenders in all 50 states, and just be your sounding board.
