Edge of the Continent Ciders

Just in time for summer. Our new annual Estate Cider will be hitting the shelves in California real soon. We'll keep you posted. Estate Cider: Reverting to the traditional roots of cider making, this unique cider is a blend of hand picked and pressed apples from our estate orchard. Due to an expansive list of apple varietals planted on our property, the Estate Cider is a more vintage oriented cider that brings together French bittersweets, English bittersharps and a plethora of American heirlooms. Being more in tune with the whims of the seasons and growing cycles of our trees, this cider is an annual release that will be unique with each vintage. Enjoy! 22oz. Bottle ALC/VOL 7.14% BRIX 0.1
