"Dr. Lo is an understanding, compassionate and results driven doctor. I had torn tendons in one shoulder (SLAP injury), underwent surgery and successfully recovered within the timeline outlined. Throughout the process, his office was friendly, responsive and quick to process paperwork for referrals for physical therapy, x-rays, etc. Appointments nearly always run on time so there's no waiting around like at other places.
