Hey! Have you ordered your #LNY meal yet? We still have a few orders left! https://forms.gle/e3cfoaEqCWdee28M6... Let's start by highlighting the Shaking Beef and Canto-Inspired Braised Oxtail! Our shaking beef is tender, cubed beefy bites. Marinating for over 24 hours, we sear them to perfection. We finish it off by reducing the marinade to a sauce and then adding some white pepper and a splash of lime to it at the end. The dish is sautéed (and shaken) in small batches and will sit on a bed of watercress! The canto-inspired braised oxtail is fall off the bone tender and cooked with some of our favorite spices like star anise and cloves. They're complimented with ginger and garlic and Daikon that sit shotgun on the ride! The slow and low cooking allows all the flavors to meld together. They're made in small batches and then finished off individually so they have a balance of all you want in a dish: salt, fat, acid, heat. Oh and the broth that the meat sits in?! Oh dang... the possibilities... We'll be back tomorrow to showcase the fishes we'll be doing for the dinner!
