We are sad to announce the passing of the legendary Bill the Bulb Baron. Without him, Mountain Oaks Farm would not exist. He was known worldwide for his specialized narcissus hybrids, and known locally as one of the most outgoing and recognizable farmers market characters. We love our bulb digger! So fast compared to hand shoveling...

Summer is here and our dry farmed sunflowers are doing great, the poppies decided to come up on their own. Hoping to harvest the first honey next week too, exciting!
