Bed full of samples heading back to the Sacramento HQ from Reno. It was a great drive with a beautiful view. The mountains were dusted in snow and I spotted a few deer traversing the area.

Over the halfway mark of the week! I find it's often the small things that make the week worth it. One of which is vocalizing appreciation of other’s work. Complaints are often spoken over commendation and that can lead to negative attitudes. Let’s not sugar coat the fact that construction sites are hectic and being shown appreciation can go a long way. So let’s all make it our mission to thank a fellow team member, employee, or manager for their efforts!

Our two-man film crew back in the good old days. Hard to believe that this BTS shot was taken over two years ago when we were opening our Nevada branch. I remember holding my camera up to the car’s AC in between takes to keep it from overheating in the 104-degree summer heat.

If you have a full-view glass door and don’t opt for frosted or opaque glass, then you are much more confident in your garage organization and cleaning skills than I am.

The showroom, I mean warehouse now, is quite full may be time to look for a bigger warehouse lol.

We really enjoy getting to work with KB Home on the Communications Hill project in San Jose. We have installed residential doors of all varieties and are getting to put some of the final touches on with CHI Overhead Doors commercial doors to protect the service areas!
