Or get to know them. Don't piss them off . VERY IMP. A little humor goes a long way. ;) 5) Start your influencing skills early on with the agent. Know your content 6) Be genuine 7) Be in constant contact with the other agent on their preferred mode of communication 8) have a cover sheet. 9) make a good package 10) know the sellers background if you can and write a letter where necessary. Be concise , do not be Shakespeare. 11) Make an offer 12) keep a deadline to whatever date necessary 13) Be patient because by now your already loosing it OR.... 1) Just HIRE me and I'll take care of all of the above and more. :) Besides it doesn't cost you a penny .
