Climatologists and botanists expect the Mojave Desert to bloom this spring. If ENSO is positive this spring as many climatologists project, more rain than average is likely to fall. This could be a problem, as the tRump Regime has threatened to once again shut down the Federal Government--- and the country's parks and forests will once again be left undefended from vandals.
