Early Bird Preschool

Pre-K class STEAM activity included learning about the anatomy of a butterfly (which is our animal or insect of the month). The kiddos watched a short educational video highlighting the life cycle and anatomy of the butterfly, then talked about the anatomy during circle where each took a turn drawing a certain part of the butterfly. For the activity, they used air dry clay, googly eyes, and pipe cleaners to make their own butterfly. Such a fun activity with so much imagination!

As part of our Garden to table program Teacher Michelle showed the kids what they harvested: Peas! The kiddos were super excited to watch as she picked the plant, washed them, and they got to taste what they grew! #gardentotable #peaprotein

This moment sparks so many feels!!! Yoga is an integration of our whole child approach in a play based environment. The students LOVE yoga and are prone to randomly bust out a yoga pose during play and at home per feedback from our families. SO IN LOVE.

We love our unique program! Sensory learning, science, STEM and STEAM are some of our favorites. One of our core curriculum features includes a monthly science class with Mr. Al of Budding Geniuses. There’s something about Mr. Owl and his white lab coat that really makes an impression! This month, he explains the science behind making slime. #preschoolscience #learningisfun

Garden Program Winter Edition! Along with our garden-to-table fruits and veggies, we also love to grow flowers! Three age groups spanning ages 2-Kinder enjoyed painting their pots with Miss Michelle for today’s lesson. Later this month, flowers will be potted and nurtured. We also encourage time outdoors in all seasons! #sensoryjoy
